    Self control is one of my big problems particularly in reference to best use of my time. At 90 I really can’t afford to waste a lot of time; I have wasted a lifetime already and the hours slide by without knowing what I have done. Then I get involved in a time-consuming project like setting up this blog and everything gets utterly disorganised.
